This critical hire built this Clinical Quality function from the ground up. They were responsible for identifying organizational needs and proposing how to meet those needs by strategic outsourcing, as well as careful workforce planning, to build a high-functioning Clinical Quality Assurance Team. As a leader in this high impact role, they ensured successful and compliant execution of the company’s clinical programs.
