Our partner is a biotech startup based on the East Coast, devoted to finding treatments for major disorders of the nervous system, including Alzheimer's disease, spinal cord injury and neuropathic pain. They are currently building a team of outstanding scientists and business talents to achieve these goals.

This critical executive interim hire was tasked with the continued delivery of services, programs, and to protect the organization’s identity, reputation, and health. Their responsibilities were to maintain the status quo, support and steady the staff, and to conservatively shepherd any change efforts and initiatives that had been launched prior to their appointment.
