The individual hired for this role is a healthcare policy and corporate affairs executive with extensive experience spanning think tanks, FDA leadership, and rare disease biotechnology. They have led influential policy initiatives, advised FDA leadership on regulatory priorities and data science, and currently oversee global public policy strategy, partnering directly with executive leadership to advance rare disease advocacy and corporate objectives.
This critical hire will step into a true institution-building mandate, where you'll have end-to-end ownership of shaping the organization's identity, influence, and long-term trajectory. They will expand the organization's impact significantly across healthcare policy, regulatory reform, and public discourse while building something from the ground up, developing new capabilities in organizational leadership, strategic communications, coalition-building, and agenda-setting at a national level.
