Franklin, MA – Prestige Scientific is pleased to announce the successful completion of an Associate Director of Clinical Operations search with our partner, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of therapies to improve the lives of patients.
The individual hired for this role is a clinical operations leader with more than a decade of experience managing global Phase 1-3 clinical trials across oncology, rare disease, neurology, immunology, and ophthalmology. They have led complex multinational studies from start-up through database lock and final readout, with expertise in CRO and vendor oversight, global enrollment strategy, regulatory readiness, financial and operational management, and cross-functional leadership. They are particularly experienced in lean biotech environments, where they have strengthened governance, reduced operational risk, and delivered high-quality execution for late-stage clinical development programs.
This critical hire will provide close oversight of all study start-up activities, including site activation milestones, central lab activation, regulatory document collection, and site readiness. They will serve as the day-to-day sponsor point of contact for start-up timelines, tracking progress and escalating risks and issues to senior leadership in a timely manner. Additionally, this hire will work with the CRO to ensure SIV readiness, IRB/EC approvals, and essential document collection are on track and aligned with program goals.
