The individual hired for this role is a strategic clinical operations leader with deep experience overseeing complex, global programs. This individual combines strong execution with the ability to shape high-level development strategy. They bring particular strength in cross-functional leadership, vendor and CRO oversight, and building high-performing, collaborative teams, alongside hands-on expertise in cell therapy manufacturing and supply chain. Known for a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach, they effectively bridge big-picture thinking with detailed operational delivery while navigating diverse stakeholders and regulatory demands.
This critical hire will ensure flawless execution of active and upcoming clinical trials, including a pivotal autologous cell therapy study, across the U.S. and Europe. They will provide decisive, hands-on leadership to site operations teams and supporting clinical systems during a period of heightened operational intensity. They will drive accountability, proactive communication, and issue resolution across Clinical Operations and cross-functional partners. They'll be partnering closely with Clinical Operations leadership in the EU to ensure alignment between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
