The individual hired for this role is a seasoned biopharmaceutical program leader with deep expertise in respiratory and immunology drug development, spanning early discovery through late-stage clinical development and commercialization. PhD-trained, they bring strong translational and strategic leadership capabilities, with extensive experience in Type 2 inflammatory pathways, global regulatory strategy, and cross-functional execution across chronic respiratory and inflammatory diseases. Their background combines scientific depth with operational rigor, positioning them as an effective bridge between executive-level strategy and asset team execution in complex biologic development programs.
This critical hire will drive end-to-end strategy and execution across a global, late-stage respiratory portfolio. They will translate executive team direction into clear, sequenced operational plans and deliverables, as well as harmonize development, regulatory, and commercial readiness across all functions. This individual will serve as the bridge between the executive team and the asset/study teams, enabling crisp decisions and aligned action.
