Franklin, MA – Prestige Scientific is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Senior Vice President of Technical Operations search with our partner, a late-stage biotechnology company advancing oncology therapeutics.
The individual hired for this role is a Ph.D.-trained CMC, Technical Operations, and Development leader with broad expertise across small molecules, peptides, biologics, antibodies, injectables, and ophthalmology, including significant experience supporting late-stage development and regulatory milestones. They have built lean CMC and Technical Operations organizations, led CDMO and supply chain strategy, Quality and inspection readiness, tech transfer and scale-up, and bring particularly strong expertise in ophthalmic and intravitreal products, sustained-release formulations, and global clinical and commercial supply.
This critical hire will own late-stage CMC strategy and execution from Phase 3 through BLA submission and commercial launch. They will ensure robust, consistent, and regulatorily credible internal manufacturing. They will be responsible for establishing durable supply, yield consistency, and process characterization. Theywill serve as the primary FDA-facing technical and manufacturing voice for the organization.
