The individual hired for this role is a seasoned technology and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise strategy, architecture, and innovation in the life sciences sector. They have led large-scale digital, data, and AI initiatives at Roche/Genentech, including cloud-native platforms, real-world evidence solutions, and ERP/CRM modernizations, delivering measurable business impact and operational efficiency. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership and chair of the Alliance for AI in Healthcare, they advance responsible AI adoption, data literacy, and cross-industry collaboration, while building and mentoring high-performing teams to support enterprise-wide transformation and innovation.
This critical hire will build and lead the Commercial Systems & Data function that unifies SP, HUB, CRM, and analytics platforms into a single, compliant, insight-ready ecosystem. They will define and execute the architecture, integrations, and governance models connecting patient and HCP data across commercial systems. They will establish data privacy, tokenization, and identity strategies that enable compliant, end-to-end patient journey visibility. They will also utilize their expertise to develop a scalable, reusable data foundation to support future launches, brands, and geographies.
