The individual hired for this role brings over 12 years of dedicated industry expertise in regulatory affairs, spanning small molecules, biologics, and combination products. Over the past three years, they served as a therapeutic area lead in rare and neurodegenerative disease before transitioning into a Chief of Staff role supporting a specialty care regulatory portfolio. Their career began in policy, scientific communications, and regulatory submissions, during which they contributed to filing over ten regulatory applications, securing several original approvals. Later, they led regulatory strategy and health authority interactions for multiple indications and became the sole regulatory lead for an IND filing in the cell therapy area. They also honed operational skills through roles requiring strategic leadership and cross-functional support.
