Franklin, MA – Prestige is excited to announce the successfully completed search for a Director of Regulatory Advertising & Promotion for our partner, a leading international biopharma organization.

The individual hired for this role is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with over a decade of experience across advertising and promotion, labeling, and lifecycle regulatory support in rare disease and specialty pharmaceuticals. With a Master’s degree in Drug Discovery & Development, they have led promotional review strategy for U.S. launches and label expansions, partnered cross-functionally with Medical, Legal, and Commercial teams, and provided independent, risk-based regulatory guidance in both biotech and global pharma settings. Over the course of their career, they have supported multiple rare disease launches and managed complex portfolios spanning immunology, rheumatology, women’s health, and endocrinology.

This critical hire will independently lead and oversee regulatory review of promotional, non-promotional, medical, and clinical trial materials for global compliance. They will serve as an authoritative subject-matter expert on advertising and promotion regulations and scientific communications. They will enable timely delivery of high-quality, compliant materials through pragmatic, risk-based regulatory decision-making. They will utilize their expetise to develop, refine, and operationalize SOPs, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives as the company scales.
