The individual hired for this role is a senior Regulatory Affairs leader with 20+ years of pharmaceutical experience spanning drugs, biologics, and devices across multiple therapeutic areas. Their core expertise is global regulatory labeling strategy and operations, including submissions, health authority interactions, lifecycle management, and cross-functional labeling governance with the FDA, EMA, and other global agencies. They also bring experience in Regulatory Strategy, CMC, Advertising & Promotion, regulatory intelligence, and building efficient labeling processes and governance frameworks.
This critical hire will serve as the strategic and operational lead for all labeling activities across the organization's development and commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in global regulatory labeling requirements, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and a track record of leading labeling strategy for biologics, small molecules, or specialty pharmaceuticals across multiple geographies.
