They have built compliance programs, policies, monitoring frameworks, and HCP data capabilities from the ground up, combining SQL, AI-assisted monitoring, and machine learning to identify risk, streamline reporting, and improve operational efficiency while partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders.
This critical hire will be responsible for developing and implementing the analytical roadmap to ensure the U.S. healthcare compliance team is well-positioned to make data-driven, risk-based decisions, and to provide solutions-oriented, proactive, and strategic compliance advice. This hire will play a critical role in shaping a modern, data-driven healthcare compliance function within this growing biotech organization.
