The individual hired for this role is an accomplished executive leader with 20+ years of experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and consumer health, specializing in strategy, growth, fundraising, commercialization, business development, and clinical development. They have helped raise more than $250M, led global portfolios and P&Ls ranging from $50M to $40B, built high-performing teams, and guided organizations through market expansion and commercialization. They also bring significant nonprofit and board leadership experience, with a strong track record in strategic growth, financial oversight, and organizational leadership, supported by Pharm.D. and MBA degrees.
