Shawn Tomasello is a seasoned biopharmaceutical executive and board leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding the commercialization and strategic growth of transformative therapies. She has held senior roles at leading companies including Kite Pharma (where she oversaw the global launch of Yescarta®), Pharmacyclics, Celgene, Genentech, and others. In recent years, Shawn has focused on governance and advisory roles, serving on boards at Cabaletta Bio, 4D Molecular Therapeutics, and Centrexion Therapeutics (where she chairs the compensation committee). She also leads her own consulting practice, bringing depth in commercialization, market strategy, and operational leadership to life sciences organizations.
