Jake Kind

Managing Partner | Executive Leadership & Regulatory Affairs
"Prestige is an amazing place to work. Over my career I have been blessed to work with incredibly smart, hardworking, driven, and empathetic professionals but never have I been in a place that is more supportive of their employees, cares more about our personal and professional development and truly acts as a family and team. Working with such inspiring and motivated co-workers and partnering with some of the brightest and most influential leaders in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, and VC leaders on a regular basis assisting them in identifying the top talent in our industry makes working at Prestige a uniquely fun, challenging, exciting, and extremely rewarding experience every day!"

Jake joined Prestige Scientific in 2021 as a Director and quickly achieved partnership status through his passion, dedication, and selfless leadership. Jake has over 14 years of industry experience, and prior to joining Prestige, was leading the Regulatory Affairs practice at Klein Hersh International. He works closely with clients including life science focused venture capital firms, seed-stage companies, small to medium size biotechnology companies, and large pharmaceutical companies in identifying innovative leaders from the director level through the C-suite.

Prior to moving into the recruiting industry, Jake was a Sales Representative for AstraZeneca. He attended the University of Pittsburgh and spent 5 months studying abroad in Australia at Bond University.
