Devon joined Prestige Scientific in February 2020, bringing a diverse background in data management, graphic design, web development, marketing, office administration, and project coordination. Her multifaceted expertise makes her an invaluable asset to the firm.

As the leader of Prestige’s Research & Project Management team, Devon plays a critical role in supporting search projects across all practice areas. She oversees candidate sourcing, manages the firm’s contact database, and drives key operational initiatives. In addition, she is responsible for Prestige’s social media presence and marketing efforts, coordinates internal training programs, and leads process improvement strategies across the organization.

Before joining Prestige, Devon served as Internal Operations Supervisor for a zip-line and obstacle course company, where she managed hiring, scheduling, training, compliance, and customer service. While earning her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Psychology, she also held roles in marketing, academic research, and nonprofit project coordination.

When Devon isn’t in the office, she loves spending time with her partner, Tanner, and their two cats. Whether it's gardening, getting crafty, or going for hikes, she's always up for an adventure.
