Michael Barros is a Partner and Co-Founder of Prestige Scientific. Prestige Scientific is one of the most respected search firms in the Northeast that specializes in for the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries. Prestige Scientific continues to grow and has become one of the largest search firms for these industries in the area.

In addition to managing daily operations, Michael specializes in Clinical Affairs searches within the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology practice areas. He maintains contact with hundreds of clinical professionals nationwide and has completed searches with both large pharmaceutical and venture-backed Biotech companies. Michael has received numerous Outstanding Achievement Awards for exceptional monthly billing. He has also been awarded the Presidents Award for excellent revenue production for the past four years.

Previous to launching Prestige Scientific, Michael managed Northeastern Operations for an established Chicago-based recruiting firm. He is a member of Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.

Mike resides in central Massachusetts and when not recruiting, spends time with his wife, Christie, and their three young boys.
