Jim joined Prestige Scientific in 2004. He is a founding member of the company's Clinical Affairs practice area and brings more than 14 years experience in the executive search field. Along with strategic direction and daily operations, Jim manages performance-based retained projects within clinical research and operations. He is considered by many to be a search expert at Director and Vice President Clinical levels within the life science industry, including both emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Prestige, Jim managed the permanent placement division at IntePros Consulting, a premier IT staffing firm servicing industry and government clients. He also held Account Executive and Technical Recruiter positions at the company. He began his recruiting career at Source Engineering (later Kforce).

Jim holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Worcester State College and resides with his wife and twin boys near his hometown of Sutton, MA. His interests include politics, travel, basketball, and running.
