Grant Underhill joined Prestige Scientific with twenty-one years in the executive search industry. Mr. Underhill first managed a search division for a well known boutique firm, The BridgeGate Group, in San Francisco. He launched the search division for the Outsourcing Institute (OI) in New York City, and prior to that, he founded and built from zero in revenue a profitable retained executive search firm for a publicly held Interim Search Solutions located in Research Triangle Park, NC. In addition, he ran locations for executive search firms JR Phillip and Associates and Oakbridge-Global.

Throughout Mr. Underhill's years in executive search management, he has maintained an active portfolio. He has consulted and completed searches with companies in numerous technology driven fields, with a strong focus currently in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Mr. Underhill's search expertise spans a variety of functions, such as senior executive, discovery/preclinical, clinical research and development, medical affairs and manufacturing operations. Clients include third party investment groups that fund startups, as well as the end user medical firms themselves.

Mr. Underhill has personally completed over 280 searches and he has project managed over 850 search assignments throughout the United States.
