Prestige Executive Search Corp. Changes Name to Prestige Scientific Inc. and Announces Relocation of HQ

New Name Leverages Strength in Life Sciences

Milford, MA – January 1, 2007 Prestige Executive Search Corp.(PESC), announced today that it has changed its company name to Prestige Scientific, Inc. and in addition to moving their headquarters. The goal of the name change is to leverage their strength in the Life Sciences staffing sector and to spin out PESC as a retained division. The move allows Prestige Scientific spacious, newly built office space in preparation for expansion in 2007.

“We have chosen to change our name to Prestige Scientific to better reflect the full spectrum of services that we provide our clients,” said Co-Founder and Principal of Prestige Scientific Stephen Provost, CPC. “Not only do we provide search at the Executive level, but 70% of our search has been conducted at the line management and individual contributor levels. The change also allows us to focus on our core function of providing targeted searches in the Life Sciences, specifically in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device industries.”

Prestige Scientific has adopted its new name in a statement of its services to offer a complete staffing solution and delivering on its promise to offer a three pronged approach. First, Prestige Scientific will continue to offer and its widely popular contingency search service. Second, Prestige Scientific will begin to expand its offerings with Temporary assistance that complements their contingency search services. Third, a much anticipated division dedicated to retained search. The Prestige Executive Search Corporation name is now a separate division focused exclusively on retained search in the Life Sciences.

Along with the name change, the company adopted a new corporate identity, including a new logo and visual identity, and a new website that can be found at www.PrestigeScientific.com. The changes are effective immediately, and all future business activity will be undertaken with the new name.
